Write Your
State Legislator
First offense of stalking should be a Felony in all 50 States with a mandatory psychiatric evaluation upon conviction.

Write Your Congressional Delegation
Many victims of stalking are successful in getting a Temporary Restraining Order and a Protective Order against their stalker. Many of these orders are in a national database that is only available to law enforcement. Similar to the Sex Offender Registry, the public has the right to know if someone they are interacting with has an active order of protection against them.
